Wondermak team was thrilled to join the STACKT Market on August 8th, North America’s largest shipping container marketplace located in downtown Toronto. This unique market, crafted entirely from repurposed shipping containers, is a vibrant cultural hub filled with local shops, food, and exciting community events.
Thanks to our collaboration with Bov Active, we had the opportunity to introduce a variety of makgeolli flavours to the enthusiastic crowd. The energy was fantastic, and we enjoyed watching people experience new tastes in this creative and dynamic space. It was a perfect setting for Wondermak to showcase our craft, and the feedback from visitors was incredible.
With live music, bustling vendors, and an upbeat vibe, STACKT was the perfect backdrop for our team to share the joy of makgeolli with Toronto’s curious and adventurous foodies.
Wondermak was excited to be part of Toronto K-Fest 2024 from August 23rd to 25th. As the largest Korean event in North America, it attracted over 65,000 visitors to Mel Lastman Square in Toronto. From the moment the event started until closing, there were constant lines of enthusiastic guests in front of the Wondermak booth.
We were especially proud to debut our strawberry makgeolli and special edition of Yuzu Slushie, both of which quickly became crowd favourites. Even before the end of the final day, we had sold out all our products before the evening, a strong testament to the overwhelming support and excitement from our customers.
Toronto K-Fest was an incredible experience, and we’re grateful to have been part of such a vibrant celebration of Korean culture.
