Wondermak was thrilled to be part of Reel Asian, Canada’s largest pan-Asian film festival. Reel Asian celebrates contemporary Asian cinema and the work of the Asian diaspora, making it a key platform for Asian filmmakers in Canada and globally. This collaboration allowed us to bring our Wondermak experience to an audience that appreciates both culture and innovation.
As a sponsor of the VIP members event on September 9th, Wondermak had the chance to engage with an enthusiastic crowd throughout the night. Guests were particularly excited to try our makgeolli, eager to experience its distinct and refreshing taste. The buzz around our booth was incredible, with many attendees expressing their curiosity and delight in discovering a traditional Korean beverage in such a unique setting. From the start of the event to its conclusion, our team was kept busy, showcasing the vibrant flavours of Wondermak to an appreciative and engaged audience.

Wondermak was proud to participate in the “Falling in Love with K-Art” event on September 14th, 2024, hosted by Sunny Gallery. This event showcased the artistic talents of both Korean and Canadian artists, providing a vibrant cultural exchange. We organized a booth where attendees could enjoy our premium makgeolli and received a great amount of interest throughout the day.
Additionally, on September 17th, we were honoured to be interviewed by CP24 during the Chuseok Festival, where we had a booth celebrating Korea’s harvest festival. It was a proud moment for Wondermak to share our journey and contribute to the celebration of Korean culture in Toronto.
